If any of our products should appear defective under conditions of normal and proper
use within thirty (30) days from date of purchase, we kindly ask you to return the product
to us for a complimentary repair or replacement.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re not satisfied. It’s that simple. Our #1 priority here
at Caribbeanly is your happiness. Which means we stand by our product 100%,
no matter what, no questions asked, no ifs, no ands, no buts.

If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Send you a new item.

We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
Once you speak to our representative about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid
return label by email within a day. Simply print out the label, attach it to a bag with the items
you’re returning along with your packing slip (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should
receive it within 5-7 business days. If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-7
business days after we receive them.
